JuJu Baetis Fly Tying Video and Recipe
The JuJu Baetis is originally tied by Charlie Craven a local Colorado fly fishing guru. This slender body mayfly imitation is as realistic as most patterns come. It does an excellent job catching fish on some of the most difficult tailwaters in the state which adds merit and value to this excellent pattern. The JuJu Baetis can be tied in a variety of colors and sizes though it performs best when fished in sizes 16 – 24 in most places. This is one of our top winter mayfly patterns and is an excellent option year round to fish.
We’ve provided a fly tying video below for you to learn how to tie the JuJu Baetis. It has easy, step by step instructions to tie the pattern. In addition below the video, you’ll find a JuJu Baetis Fly Tying Recipe to help you select the exact materials needed.
