  • We hand tie each of our flies to each order to ensure quality and precision.  For that reason our flies take 15-30 days to arrive (avg is 25 days).  To find your order date you can visit your account here or check your email confirmation.

    If you’re flies have not arrived after 30 days, please contact us and we’ll sort it out.

  • The river explorer is a paid subscription service.  If you have not yet become a subscriber, you can subscribe here (7 day trial available)

  • We host our videos through a private vimeo connection.  99.9% of our students experience no issues.  We’ve noticed that some computers are configured to not show the videos, follow the steps below to troubleshoot your computer first, then contact us if you are still unable to access the videos.

    If you’re having issues accessing the videos,  here are a few things you could try:

    • Refresh your cache in your internet browser
    • Try accessing the videos from a different device
    • Ensure that the videos aren’t being blocked by a firewall or proxy server

    If that does not work then contact us to the left and select “problem with course”

  • If You Can’t Access Your Free Content

    Some people have reported they can’t get the free content. If that is the case there are 3 things you can do:

    • 1 – Check your spam, promotions, or junk folders for our email. Make sure to mark them as not junk or click and drag them into your inbox so you can receive future emails from us.
    • 2- You may already be on our list. If you subscribed in the past you should have the emails in your inbox. Check that you don’t already have the links in your inbox.
    • 3 – Contact us if you are unable to find the links or it has been been more than 3 days since you’ve signed up and don’t have the links.
