Tomichi Creek is a fickle stream that suffers from de-watering due to irrigation rights.  When the flows are good and up it can be a fun creek that is one of the many places to fish in the Gunnison Area.  Overall it’s worth some time spent, but the higher up you go, the better chance you get to catch fish consistently.  Access is available without much issue in the upper reaches.  The middle sections can hold some sizeable fish.
