I’ve seen fish use weapons of all kinds to fight over this fly when it hits the water. I’ve seen…ok I’ve seen none of that. I have seen, however, fish eat this fly and me put them to my net. This fly floats well, looks good and is everything you want in a foam hopper pattern. It’s one of those flies that just looks too good not to throw in your box. I find it hard to fish anything else when this is in my box.
