I use a special, simplified euro nymphing rig that allows me to easily switch between euro nymphing, traditional indicator nymphing and dry fly fishing just by changing my flies out. I trade adedicated euro nymphing rig for improved versatility and flexibility, which in Colorado waters, I’ve always found to be superior. Instead of carrying 3 rods around with me everywhere, I can fish a single rod and get away with 3 different techniques.
